What is Earthmover Tire Service Training?

What’s Inside the Basic ETS Course?

The Basic ETS curriculum is broken into 15 thorough modules — each one designed to build knowledge and confidence when handling earthmover tires in real-world situations.

🔧 Service Truck Operation
Because working on earthmover tires is about more than just knowing the parts — techs need to operate service trucks safely and efficiently. This module covers truck setup, loading and unloading procedures, and the all-important safety protocols for mobile tire service.
🏗️ Site Preparation & Equipment Lifting
Before you can even touch a tire, the worksite needs to be safe and secure. This module teaches how to assess the environment, position equipment, and properly use lifting tools to prevent accidents from the ground up.
💪 Hydraulic Bead Breakers & Rams
Modern OTR tire service wouldn’t be possible without the right tools. This portion dives deep into bead breaker and ram safety, operating procedures, and maintenance — giving technicians hands-on know-how to work smarter, not harder.
🔩 Install & Remove Wheel Fitment / Rim Fitment
Once you’ve broken down the assembly, the next step is proper installation and removal of wheels and rims. These modules walk through detailed procedures to prevent damage and ensure a safe, tight fit that will hold up to the harshest jobsite conditions.
