Customer Service Policy: AME International takes great pride in our products and customers’ satisfaction with such. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, simply call our Customer Service Department or email to sales@ameintl.net.

Prices: Subject to change without notice. AME International is not responsible for inadvertent typographical errors or omissions.   Possession of this price sheet does not constitute the right to purchase from AME as we sell only for redistribution through AME distributors.

Terms: 1% 10, Net 30 days from date of invoice, payable in U.S. currency. Product may be purchased on open account with approved credit or by wire transfer, C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Freight: Freight is paid on orders of $2,500.00 or more, W.D. billing, to a single location within the U.S.A. excluding the PR, RJ, SLJ, TPC, and TPS series.

Shipping Policies: AME ships its products via parcel and LTL carriers.  If there is any damage at the time an order is delivered, it must be noted on the receiving paperwork from the freight carrier.  Any inventory discrepancies must be reported in writing to AME within 48 hours of delivery of goods.

Minimum Order:  No minimum order is required.

Warranty: AME International warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of sale to the final customer.  AME will repair or replace any item found to be defective.  AME may refund the purchase price of any such item at its discretion.
