Superlift mining jacks

We offer eight models to support 100 to 250 tons. Each jack comes with extensions customized to a specific application. Optional accessories include an electric power unit and, for jacks 150 tons and larger, an optional power drive system. The power drive system self-propels the jack over terrain with no operator effort required.

Giant tyre bead breakers

While the #11000 OTR Giant Tyre Bead Breaker is the most popular tool for breaking beads on 25–51” earthmover tyres, the AME International product line offers a full range of bead-breaking tools and accessories. The Model #11044 OTR-3000, for example, is designed specifically to work on Topy and Rimex OE wheels found on Terex, Komatsu, Liebherr and Le Tourneau equipment, while the #11076 Diamondback is sought after for its lightweight yet durable aluminum construction.

Haltec Inflators

Our full line of Haltec Inflators includes the Model 89XTC Temperature Compensating Inflator, specifically designed for OTR industrial, mining and continuous operation applications. It features a ½” inlet, weather-proof hardware, wet and dry tyre pressure compensation for normal and liquid-filled tyres, easy-to-adjust base/ambient temperature setting, a wireless temperature transmitter and an operating range of 5-145 psi.

Cribbing and cribbing kits

AME International’s best-in-class cribbing and blocking products significantly increase safety in the workplace by reducing hazards associated with lifting. Our blocks and jack plates offer stable platforms for jacks and can assist in reaching higher lift points with ease. Once lifted, our cribbing and jack plates securely support the load, effectively capturing and managing the hazardous energy involved in demanding maintenance tasks such as tyre and wheel service.

Passionate about customer relations, Clive focuses on providing the correct tooling and comprehensive training to reduce downtime and ensure safety. His commitment has consistently led to significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency for his clients.

Having held key positions with Otraco, a subsidiary of Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia, over the previous twelve years, Clive joined AME International as Sales Manager for the African Region in March 2023.
